We start from a blank page. We don't use pre-drawn, off-the-shelf floor plans. First, we carefully listen to clients about their needs and desire, and develop a preliminary concept design. This initial step gives us, and you, an opportunity to align around your vision and gain a preliminary understanding of your project scope and budget. Our Concept Service is fully transparent and set to provide a roadmap for you to know what to expect and plan for prior to committing to final design & construction costs.
