Yunoh brings a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, and educational projects. He earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and began his career as an architect. Over the next decade, he refined his expertise at nationally recognized firms before co-founding VIAB with his friend and partner, Atanas. Passionate about development at all scales, Yunoh has a keen ability to identify a property’s potential and transform it into a high-return project. Atanas Madolev
Atanas is the construction expert at VIAB, bringing extensive experience in residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. He earned his Master of Architecture from Fairmont University, where he first met Yunoh during their undergraduate studies. Together, they founded VIAB with a clear vision: to integrate design and construction under one roof. This streamlined approach maximizes efficiency, accelerates project delivery, reduces costs and risks, and ensures a unified vision from start to finish.
