The River Landing - Mixed Use Complex

The mixed-use complex sits on a hillside near a riverfront that is currently not being used to its full potential. The aim of the project is to rejuvenate this riverfront area, making it a more vibrant and active part of the community.
The complex will house a variety of different spaces for different uses. Retail stores will provide shopping opportunities, apartments will offer residential spaces, and a bar/restaurant will add to the area's dining and entertainment options.
This mix of uses ensures that the complex will serve a wide range of needs and attract a diverse group of people. The building is designed to fully utilize the space available under the local zoning regulations to maximize the return on investment.
